Wynnstay Group PLC02 November 2006 Wynnstay Group plc (the Company) Scrip dividend results & Directors shareholdings The Company announces that elections to accept the scrip dividend alternative,announced with the Interim Results on 21 June 2006, were received from theholders of 3,559,168 ordinary shares of 25p each ("Ordinary Shares") inaggregate, representing 31.2% of the existing issued ordinary share capital.Accordingly, 27,576 new Ordinary Shares were issued in satisfaction of suchelections, bringing the enlarged issued ordinary share capital of the Company to11,467,300 Ordinary Shares.
