Scrip Dividend Reference Price

The Company announces that the scrip dividend reference price for the final dividend of 3.235p per ordinary share of 1p each ("Ordinary Share") that has been declared in respect of the year ended 30 November 2022 (the "Final Dividend"), payable on 5 May 2023, is 163.10p.

The scrip dividend reference price is the price at which Bellevue Healthcare Trust plc's Ordinary Shares will be issued to shareholders who have elected for their cash dividend to be automatically subscribed on their behalf for new Ordinary Shares (the "Scrip Dividend Scheme") and is the unaudited Net Asset Value per Ordinary Share as at close of business on 31 March 2023.
