Land Securities Group PLC scrip dividend

Land Securities Group PLC confirms that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and London Stock Exchange for 1,985,227 ordinary shares to be admitted to trading, in relation to the operation of the Scrip Dividend Scheme for the final dividend for the year ended 31 March 2013, payable on 19 July 2013. Dealings are expected to commence on 19 July 2013 and the shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.

In accordance with the terms of the scrip dividend 1,985,227 ordinary shares are to be issued at a price of 877.7 pence per share.
