This is the reference price at which Aviva ordinary shareswill be issued to shareholders who have elected to take shares in lieu of cashdividends through participation in the Aviva Scrip Dividend Scheme and is basedon the average of the middle market quotations of Aviva plc ordinary sharesderived from the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List for the fiveconsecutive business days 7 to 13 March 2007 inclusive. Any shareholders who do not already participate in the Aviva Scrip DividendScheme and wish to do so, should contact the Company's Registrar, Lloyds TSBRegistrars on 0870 600 3952 to obtain a mandate form. This form must bereturned to Lloyds TSB Registrars to arrive by no later than 5pm on 18 April2007 in order for it to be effective for the 2006 final dividend.
