Scrip Dividend Circular (the "Circular")

Tarsus has today sent to shareholders the Circular and associated forms in respect of the Company's scrip dividend.

A copy of the Circular has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
