Scrip Dividend Calculation Price
BBA Aviation plc (the "Company") announces that the calculation price for the new fully paid ordinary shares to be issued to shareholders who elect to receive the scrip dividend alternative for the 2009 final dividend is 167.52 pence per share.
The calculation price is the average of the middle market quotations of an ordinary share, as derived from the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List for the five consecutive dealing days starting with 3 March 2010 (the ex-dividend date for the 2009 final dividend).
Further details of the Scrip Dividend Scheme will be sent to shareholders on 18 March 2010 and will be available on our website www.bbaaviation.com from that date. Elections to join the Scrip Dividend Scheme must be received by the Company's registrars no later than 5pm on Thursday 22 April 2010 to be valid for the 2009 final dividend.
