2013 FINAL DIVIDEND - SCRIP ALTERNATIVE
C&C Group plc (the "Company") announces that, pursuant to the terms of the Company's Scrip Dividend Scheme, 250,883 new fully paid ordinary shares of €0.01 each ("New Shares") have been allotted, conditional on admission as below, to shareholders who elected to receive New Shares in respect of the final dividend of 4.75 cent for the year ended 28 February 2013.
Applications have been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and to the UK Listing Authority for the New Shares to be admitted to the Official Lists of the Irish Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority and applications have been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and to the UK Listing Authority for these shares to be admitted to trading. Such admission is expected to become effective and dealings to commence in the New Shares on Friday, 12 July 2013.
