Director Appointment Date - Scilla Grimble

Following the announcement made by Moneysupermarket in connection with the appointment of Scilla Grimble as Chief Financial Officer on 2 August 2018 and the receipt of regulatory approval, Scilla will be appointed an Executive Director of Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC and will become Chief Financial Officer on Monday 4 February 2019.

Scilla succeeds Matthew Price who, as announced, is to step down on 31 October 2018. Caroline York, the Group Commercial Finance Director will be Interim Chief Financial Officer until Scilla arrives.
