Further to its earlier announcements relating to the Rights Issue and the Redomiciliation, Informa plc announces that the Scheme Circular has been posted to Informa Shareholders and that the Rights Issue Prospectus has been posted to Qualifying Shareholders. Those documents, together with the Scheme Prospectus, will shortly be available on Informa's website: www.Informa.com
Copies of the above documents have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and are available for inspection during normal business hours on any weekday (public holidays excepted) at the UK Listing Authority's document viewing facility, which is situated at:

As set out in the Scheme Circular, two shareholder meetings, namely the Court Meeting and the Scheme General Meeting, will be held to allow Informa Shareholders to vote on the proposed resolutions to approve the Scheme and related proposals. The Scheme is conditional, inter alia, upon the approval of the Scheme by Informa Shareholders at the Court Meeting, the passing by Informa Shareholders of the resolutions necessary to implement the Scheme at the Scheme General Meeting, and the sanction of the Court. A full description of the terms and conditions of the Scheme, together with the action to be taken by Informa Shareholders, is set out in the Scheme Circular.
