COVID Notice

Total Produce plc confirms that the Scheme Meeting and the Extraordinary General Meeting (together, the "Meetings") of the Company on 17 June 2021 will be conducted as closed meetings via a live webcast commencing at 11.00am in reliance on the provisions of the Companies (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Covid-19) Act 2020 (as extended by the Companies Act 2014 (Section 12A(1)) (Covid-19) Order 2021). It is necessary to conduct the Meetings in this way in order to comply with the requirements in S.I. No. 217/2021 - Health Act 1947 (Section 31A - Temporary Restrictions) (Covid-19) (No. 2) Regulations 2021 as amended by S.I. No. 267/2021 - Health Act 1947 (Section 31A - Temporary Restrictions) (Covid - 19) (No. 2) (Amendment) Regulations 2021.

As explained in the notices of the Meetings, shareholders are invited to participate in the Meetings via a live webcast which you can access by a link which was included in the Circular sent to shareholders on 19 May 2021 and which is available on the Company's website at: https://investors.totalproduce.com/investors/dole-transaction-2021.
