The Company is advancing the timing of its announcement from the previously announced date of September 27, 2019 as it expects to finalize its financial results earlier than anticipated.

The Company will host a conference call on Friday, September 13, 2019 at 11:00 AM ET / 4:00 PM UK time to discuss these financial results.
