ILA SECURES SIGNIFICANT SCANDINAVIAN CONTRACT BY SIGNING A $250,000 ORDER FROM A LEADING ELECTRONICS RETAILER

Ila (AIM: ILA), is pleased to announce its first order from Elkjop Norway AS ("Elkjop"), a leading Norway consumer electronics and electrical household appliances retailer. This significant order is worth in excess of $250,000 and is for Dusk personal alarms, Pebble key ring alarms, Hook handbag protectors and Wedge door alarms to be sold in Elkjop's range of outlets across Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark.

Elkjop, which started trading in 1962 has 96 stores with 3,000 employees in Norway, and is part of Elkjop Nordic, the largest electrical retailer in the Nordic countries. Elkjop Nordic had turnover of NOK 20 billion in FY year 2009/10 and is a subsidiary of Dixons Retail plc (formerly DSG International PLC).
