Sale of Treasury Shares and PDMR Dealing
The Company announces that certain current and former employees of the Company have exercised nil cost options granted over 328,491 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company (the "Shares"). The options were granted under the Company's long term incentive plan ( "LTIP"). In connection with the above exercise, the Company has sold 328,491 Shares from treasury shares, which were immediately sold in the market.
As a result of the above transaction, the Company holds 6,177,379 Shares in treasury, and the total number of Shares in issue (excluding Shares held in treasury) is 158,822,621. This number represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
Michael McMahon is a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities. As part of the transactions described above, Mr McMahon acquired 35,086 Shares through exercise of LTIP options, all of which were immediately sold in the market.
