National Express completes sale of Travel London

National Express Group PLC announces the completion of the sale of Travel London, its London bus business, to NedRailways Limited, a subsidiary of NS Dutch Railways. 

The sale, which was subject to customer consent, was announced on 21 May 2009, and is for £32 million in cash proceeds.
