Direct Line Group announces sale of TRACKER

Direct Line Insurance Group plc ("Direct Line Group" or the "Group") announces that it has completed the sale of TRACKER Network (UK) Limited ("TRACKER"), a provider of stolen vehicle recovery and fleet tracking telematics, to Lysanda Ltd.
The sale of TRACKER has no impact on the telematics propositions the Group currently offers and is not expected to have a material financial impact.
