London, 19 March 2018: NMC Health plc (LSE: NMC), the leading United Arab Emirates private healthcare operator with international services across 13 countries, announces that it has received notification from Mr Simon Watkins, Group Company Secretary, that on 16 March 2018 he sold 8,800 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of 3,426p per share.
Following this transaction, and the exercise of share options on 13 March 2018, Mr Watkins retains an interest over a total of 14,790 shares, representing 0.005% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
