Torotrak PLC04 December 2006 Torotrak plc ('the Company' or 'Torotrak') Directors' shareholdings On 1st December 2006 the Company announced that certain directors and employeeshad been awarded ordinary 10p shares of the Company (Ordinary Shares) by theTrustees of the Torotrak Employee Share Trust (' the Torotrak EST'). Further to this announcement The Company was notified by the Torotrak EST on 4December 2006 that certain directors sold sufficient Ordinary Shares to covertheir personal tax and national insurance liabilities arising from thedistribution of Ordinary Shares.
