SALE OF SHARES IN THE COMPANY

Dharmic LP, an entity beneficially owned by the owners of the Company's Corporate & Shareholder Adviser, has informed the Company that it has sold just under 20% of its holding in the Company. It has informed the Company that this sale was in order to satisfy buying demand for the Company's shares in the market, and for reasons of portfolio diversification. Dharmic LP has further informed the Company that it has no current plans to make any further sales
