Sale of shares in Golden Prospect Precious Metals plc
Ambrian Capital plc ("Ambrian") announces today that on the 28 July 2008 it sold 6,457,706 ordinary shares and 3,407,706 warrants in Golden Prospect Precious Metals plc ("GPPM"), the AIM listed Investment Company.
Following the sale, Ambrian retains 2,900,000 warrants in GPPM. This transaction has generated over £4.24m of proceeds, which will be added to Ambrian's cash balances.
