London, 22 August: NMC Health plc (LSE: NMC), the leading private healthcare operator in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) with international services across 17 countries, received notification from Julie Watkins, the spouse of Simon Watkins, NMC's Group Company Secretary, that on 20 August 2018 she sold a total of 7,395 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 4326.68 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Simon Watkins share interest is over a total of 7,395 Shares, representing approximately 0.0025% of the issued share capital of the Company.
