Braveheart Investment Group plc (AIM: BRH) announces that on 8 and 9 April 2021 Vivian Hallam, a director and PDMR of the Company, sold a total of 200,000 shares at an average price of 76.065p per share.
Following these share sales, Vivian Hallam owns 575,562 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents 1.50% of the issued share capital of the Company.
