The shares were sold at an average price of 155p per share. The Approved and Unapproved options were awarded in 2003 and 2004. These optionshad performance conditions relating to the growth in the asset value during themeasurement period. The performance conditions were met in January 2007 andapproximately 60% of the shares have now vested. The Directors have taken thisopportunity to either sell sufficient shares to fund the exercise price and taxliabilities or to sell all the options that have exercised.
