Sale of Retained Bonds

£250,000,000 1.875 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2061
Notice is hereby given that the Issuer has today sold £50,000,000 in principal amount of its Bonds.
In accordance with the trust deed dated on 14 July 2021 which constituted and secured the Bonds, the Bonds that have been sold were Retained Bonds as detailed in the Prospectus.
