On 2 February 2016, EEP completed the disposal of the two remaining third floor offices in the Nils Passaj property in Beyoglu, Istanbul, for a total cash consideration of USD 500,000 (including VAT).
The proceeds from this disposal are in line with the latest independent property valuation.
