On 28 April 2016, EEP completed the disposal of the office units on the fifth floor of the Nils Passaj property in Beyoglu, Istanbul, for a cash consideration of USD 85,000 (including VAT).
The proceeds from this disposal are in line with the latest independent property valuation. Following this disposal, the Company no longer has any interest in the Nils Passaj property.
