On 26 May 2015, EEP completed the disposal of two offices in the Nils Passaj property in Beyoglu, Istanbul for a total cash consideration of USD 275,000 (including VAT). This is in addition to the office in Nils Passage disposed of on 15 May 2015 for USD 250,000 (including VAT).
The proceeds from the disposals are in line with the latest DTZ Debenham Tie Leung valuation.
