On 24 June 2015, EEP completed the disposal of one of the ground floor shops and associated basement space in the Nils Passaj property in Beyoglu, Istanbul for a total cash consideration of USD 600,000 (including VAT).
This is a further disposal in respect of individual units within the Nils Passaj property that have taken place during the last six weeks.
The proceeds from this disposal are in line with the latest independent property valuation.
