On 26 June 2015, EEP completed the disposal of an office unit on the third floor of the Nils Passaj property in Beyoglu, Istanbul, for a total cash consideration of USD 150,000 (including VAT).
This is a further disposal in respect of individual units within the Nils Passaj property that have taken place during the last six weeks.
The proceeds from this disposal are in line with the latest independent property valuation.
