On 18 March 2016, EEP completed the disposal of the shop on the ground floor and basement in the Nils Passaj property in Beyoglu, Istanbul, for a cash consideration of USD 372,000 (including VAT).
The proceeds from this disposal are in line with the latest independent property valuation. Following this disposal, the Company's only remaining interest in the Nils Passaj property is one office unit located on the fifth floor.
