Sale of Long Leasehold Depot
Rotala is pleased to announce the completion of the sale of its long leasehold depot at Atherton, Greater Manchester to J Fisher & Sons Limited, a firm of haulage contractors, for a gross cash consideration of £600,000. The depot became surplus to requirements when the Bolton depot was acquired in August 2019. The net proceeds, after transaction costs, approximate to the net book value of the assets and will be used to reduce the net debt of the Company.
