Sale of Interest in Balamara Resources Limited

CEB Resources plc (AIM: CEB), the mining projects investment company, announces that it has sold 5,230,000 ordinary shares in ASX-listed Balamara Resources Limited ("Balmara") for an aggregate consideration of AUD$350,340 (at the date of this announcement approximately GBP192,687). This leaves a remaining balance of 9,770,000 Balamara shares from the sale of the Mariola coal project.
