Cairo, December 7th 2014: EFG Hermes S.A.E. announces today the sale of half the eighth floor of Dubai's Index Tower to Emirates REIT (CEIC) Limited for a consideration of AED17.9 million. This comes as part of the Company's ongoing strategy to dispose non-core assets.
