Sale of Direct Energy receives FERC approval
Centrica plc notes that NRG Energy Inc. (NRG) has received Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) approval for the previously announced sale of Direct Energy to NRG.
Completion of the transaction is expected to occur in early 2021.
