Sale of Web properties
The Company is pleased to announce that it has sold the websites Siliconinvestor.com and Talkzilla.com to TZ Holdings LLC of Missouri, USA.
Siliconinvestor.com was part of the purchase transaction when ADVFN acquired Investorshub.com in 2006. Talkzilla is an early stage experimental bulletin board project that has since been developed internally in the USA.
The consideration for the transaction is $200,000 in cash for the properties and shares in TZ Holdings LLC giving ADVFN a 15% shareholding.
Clem Chambers (CEO) said "Investor's Hub is growing strongly and this transaction frees us up to concentrate our full focus on maximising its accelerating traffic and revenue, while continuing to carry an interest in the legacy Silicon Investor brand and its early stage offshoot."
