Sale of AquaPak desalination plant to Chipperfield-designed entertainment park in Oman

Modern Water plc, the owner of world-leading technologies for water and wastewater treatment and for water quality monitoring is pleased to announce that it has sold an AquaPak desalination plant in Oman.

The AquaPak will be used to produce water on a large safari theme park designed by John Chipperfield and owned by a senior member of Oman's Royal Family.

Modern Water's AquaPak range of seawater desalination units are a series of high-specification, cost-effective, self-contained systems which can be deployed even in extremely remote locations and are suitable for a variety of water supply applications, including potable, industrial, temporary or emergency, construction sites and oil and gas facilities, as well as leisure resorts, golf courses or hotel complexes.
