Russian Olympic Committee appoints TSE

TSE Group Plc (AIM: TSEG.L) is delighted to announce that the Sports Performance division of TSE Consulting SA has been appointed by the Russian Olympic Committee to conduct an in-depth internal review of Russian Winter Olympic Sports Performance. This follows the Russian team's disappointing performance at the recent Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver and in the knowledge that the next Olympic Winter Games will be held in Sochi, Russia in 2014.

The assignment will include a comparative analysis of the best international models of sports performance and the current Russian Olympic system with the aim of providing the Russian Olympic Committee with a complete understanding of how to improve their own competitiveness and reduce the gap between Russian sports results and their international competitors.

The project will be conducted by TSE Consulting's sports performance team over the next two months and will be led by Steve Roush. TSE's Senior Consultant Steve Roush joined the company in February 2009, having just left his eight-year post as Chief of Sports Performance at the United States Olympic Committee where he oversaw a period of record success for USA's Olympians.
