RusHydro will place the exchange traded bonds
JSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that the bid book for the Company's stock-exchange traded bonds of series BO-P01, BO-P02, BO-P03 with mandatory centralized custody was closed.
The securities will be placed through an open subscription in compliance with the stock-exchange traded bond program of JSC RusHydro (registration number 4-55038-E-001P-02E of April 9, 2015, assigned by CJSC MOEX). The bids have been accepted by Sberbank CIB, VTB Capital and Raiffeisenbank from 15:00 till 16:00 Moscow time on July 1, 2015.
