RusHydro publishes the draft of amended Articles of Association

JSC RusHydro announces that the Company's Board of Directors held a meeting in absentia on May 12, 2015, to address issues related to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM).

The Board of Directors approved the agenda for the AGM to be held on June 26, 2015.

The agenda includes the item 'Approval of the amended Articles of Association of the Company.' The Board of Directors recommended that the AGM approves the amended Articles of Association of RusHydro.

The shareholders entitled to participate in the AGM can review the documents for the AGM within 30 days prior to the AGM, starting from May 26, 2015.

The Company publishes the draft of amended Articles of Association for shareholders' review.
