RusHydro postpones the placement of RUR 40 bn of domestic bonds
November 09, 2012. JSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MICEX-RTS, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that yesterday the Federal Financial Markets Service of Russia has registered the report on the results of the Company's bonds issue: the four domestic bond issues valid for 1 year since their registration have expired.
The Company decided not to place the securities due to unfavorable market conditions. At the same time, RusHydro doesn't rule out raising debt if the market conditions improve.
