RusHydro has paid the dividend for 2014

PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces completion of dividend payment to nominee shareholders for the full year 2014.

The accrued dividend for 2014 totaled RUB 6,032,750,291.16. Total dividend paid out to nominee shareholders who are professional participants of the securities market registered in the shareholder register amounted to RUB 1,889,557,122.26. Dividend in the amount of RUB 3,877.61 was not paid due to incorrect bank details.

Dividends should be distributed to nominee shareholders who are professional participants of the securities market registered in the shareholder register within 10 business days from the dividend record date (i.e. no later than July 21, 2015), and to other persons registered in the shareholder register within 25 business days from the dividend record date (i.e. no later than August 11, 2015).

The outstanding dividend in the amount of RUB 4,143,189,216.21 will be paid within 25 business days from the dividend record date (i.e. no later than August 11, 2015). The information on dividend payment will be made available in compliance with regulatory requirements.

The Annual General Meeting of shareholders resolved to pay dividends in the amount of RUB 0.01561855 per share for the year ended December 31, 2014, on June 26, 2015.
