RusHydro has paid the dividend for 2012

September 26, 2013. Moscow, Russia. JSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MICEX-RTS, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces completion of dividend payment for the full year 2012.

The dividend for 2012 totaled RUR 3,675,573,289.73. Total dividend paid out amounted to RUR 3,648,114,120.81. The amount of shares for dividend payment was 384,632,705,292, including shares of additional issue which were placed, but not registered.

The payment was made in full to all shareholders, except those who didn't specify preferred method of payment.

The Annual General Meeting of shareholders resolved to pay dividends in the amount of RUR 0.00955606 per share for FY2012 on June 28, 2013. The dividends are paid from the Company's net profit calculated under Russian Accounting Standards.
