RusHydro Has Paid the Dividend for 2011

JSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: RTS, MICEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces completion of the dividend payment for the full year 2011.

The dividend for the full year 2011 totaled RUR 2,499,999,951.27 including tax withholding. The dividend paid out per share amounted to RUR 2,475,694,623.68. The payment was made in full to all shareholders, except those who didn't specified preferred method of payment.

The Annual General Meeting of shareholders approved the payment of dividend in the amount of RUR 0.00789317 per share for FY2011 on June 29, 2012.
