RusHydro completed dividend payment for 2011

PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that JSC

Registrar R.O.S.T. assigned by RusHydro to make dividend payments for 2011 on the Company's ordinary shares (state registration number 1-01-55038-Е of 22.02.2005) stopped to provide services on dividend distribution from October 31, 2015, due to expiration of 3-year period when the Company's shareholders could exercise their right to receive dividends for 2011.
