RusHydro announces cut-off date for AGM participation
JSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: RTS, MICEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announced today that a meeting of the company's Board of Directors will take place on 17 May 2011. The meeting will be devoted to the upcoming AGM, the agenda of which will include, among other items, a vote on dividend payments for 2010. The planned cut-off date for participation in the AGM is 19 May 2011.
