Rule 2.9 announcement - number of relevant securities in issue

InterQuest Group plc announces that it has issued 122,500 new ordinary shares pursuant to the valid notice of exercise of options under the Company's share option schemes at an option price of 1 pence per share.

Application is being made for the 122,500 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on 13 June 2017.

The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. Following admission of the new ordinary shares, the total issued share capital of InterQuest will be 37,736,500 ordinary shares. The Company holds 2,000 ordinary shares in treasury which do not carry voting rights and therefore the total number of shares with voting rights in the Company is 37,734,500.

The above figure of 37,734,500 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in InterQuest, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules or the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers. The International Securities Identification Number ("ISIN") number of the ordinary shares is GB00B07W3X22.
