Rule 2.9 Announcement
In accordance with Rule 2.9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, Earthport confirms that at the date of this announcement its issued ordinary share capital consists of 653,119,263 ordinary shares of 10 pence each. This follows the issue of 155,000 new ordinary shares which have been issued to satisfy the exercise of existing share options.
