In accordance with Rule 2.9 of The City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, Ladbrokes Coral hereby confirms that, as at 14 March 2018, it had 1,948,138,195 ordinary shares of 28⅓ pence each in issue and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange. Ladbrokes Coral holds 31,665,679 ordinary shares in treasury, the voting rights of which are automatically suspended. The total number of voting rights is 1,916,472,516.
