In accordance with Rule 2.9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, the Company confirms that, as at the date of this announcement, it had 305,870,138 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in issue and admitted to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange (and held no shares in treasury). Therefore, the total number of shares with voting rights in the Company at the above date was 305,870,138.
