Disclosure of RSA Insurance Group plc ("RSA") securities in issue pursuant to Rule 2.9

 

In accordance with Rule 2.9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers (the "Code"), RSA confirms that, as at 7 May 2021, it has in issue 1,037,239,339 ordinary shares with a nominal value of £1 each. The International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) of the Ordinary Shares is GB00BKKMKR23.
