In accordance with Rule 2.9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, the Company confirms that, as at the close of business on 22 August 2017, it had 484,972,739 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in issue and admitted to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange plc.

This is a correction to the Rule 2.9 Announcement issued by the Company on 21 August 2017.

The International Securities Identification Number for the ordinary shares is GB0034264548.
